David Roche

​David Roche is a purpose-driven finance and governance leader with more than two decades of experience in governance, risk management and sustainable development across Europe’s financial sector. He supports banks, asset managers, and other regulated firms in strengthening internal controls, meeting supervisory expectations, and leveraging regulatory change to improve resilience and decision-making.

​David began as an organisational consultant in wealth management industry and later specialised in designing and implementing Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) frameworks. His work includes helping institutions align with European supervisory and regulatory standards, including those linked to the ECB, EBA, ACPR, CAA and CSSF, and guiding clients through complex review processes.

A bridge-builder by nature, he brings boards, executives and operational teams into shared clarity and practical action. Outside work, he recharges in Catalonia’s landscapes on foot or by bike, and he enjoys mentoring emerging leaders through unhurried conversations.​
