Linda Leblanc

Linda Leblanc is a Canadian and a naturalised Cypriot. She is an educator, published author, researcher, and public speaker. From 1977, Linda accompanied her husband on United Nations assignments abroad. She also worked in various UN organisations in Switzerland. In 1989, they retired to Cyprus. There they pursued lifelong interests in philosophy, consciousness, and ancient civilisations. 
A transformative experience at the Monroe Institute's Gateway Voyage retreat in 1994 changed Linda's trajectory. By 1999, she had become an accredited Monroe Institute Trainer. She has offered self-development and consciousness exploration programmes across Europe since 2000. These include advanced residential retreats in Cyprus, England, and Greece. In 2006, Linda entered the political arena in Cyprus. 

She became the first foreign-born person and the first woman to be elected to the Pegeia Town Council. She represented the Pegeia Coalition of Independents. She served in public office from 2006 to 2024. Throughout her tenure, she championed transparency, good governance, and environmental protection. 
Linda is the co-author of Reincarnation Cards: Awakening Far Memory (2007). She is also a contributing author to Global War-ning: Geoengineering Is Wrecking Our Planet (2021). Linda brings a rare combination of international experience, consciousness expertise, and civic leadership to the Conscious Enterprises Network. Her commitment to ethical governance and environmental stewardship aligns directly with CEN's Peace Charter principles.
