Ashok Bhatia

Ashok Kumar Bhatia is an occasional author, a speaker, a regular blogger and content creator on management, PG Wodehouse, Bollywood and life in general. Based on his 35 years+ of experience in the corporate world, he is acutely aware and conscious of the need for high values and business ethics.
Almost all his articles and books have an underlying current highlighting this very theme. In him, one finds a fierce critic of any kind of compromises on this front. He believes that business ships built on a keel of sound values have better brand equity and yield better returns to their stakeholders. When businesses are broad-minded and give back to society at large, they serve a higher purpose.
Ashok was associated with SACAR (Sri Aurobindo Centre for Advanced Research at Pondicherry) for 6 years. His role was to design and organise management seminars on the relevance of spirituality in management. He is also an  International Facilitator with SPANDAN, Hyderabad, which champions the cause of human values in management.
