Four CEN members (Archana Shetty, Jeffrey Deckman, Esther Robles and Dominique Conterno) created this course back in 2021. The project delivers an original and innovative, conscious leadership educational program with a powerful approach to teaching graduates, managers and directors about becoming conscious leaders. This educational program is now ready for corporations, academia, government departments, political institutions and other enterprises that aspire to take on the conscious leadership challenge.

​​This online conscious leadership course endeavour is the key to the personal and societal recovery we are experiencing nowadays.
It provides a practical way also to address​ United Nations Sustainability Development Goals. It embraces a profound and societal path that is more than just achieving a good career path and higher earning power.
The course approach fosters the cross-border, cross-cultural collaboration required to solve the most challenging problems of our time. We are targeting three key student developments: conscious leadership, consciousness and world impact. 

Conscious leadership education has become an urgent priority driven by two clear goals:

• The course will raise the awareness of graduates, millennials or others, who are either working for enterprises, government departments, political institutions, or corporations or are starting their own businesses. 
• The course will ensure that all students evolve from our program, which will enable them to succeed in bringing new wisdom to their personal, societal and career endeavours. This will be their foundation for self-growth, raising awareness of all challenges we face today and that we will be facing tomorrow. 

As educators and practitioners, we embrace innovation, prompt implementation, regular evaluation and continuous improvement. The program is scaled so that corporate graduates and other students can take advantage of their new understanding and responsibility toward themselves, enterprises, government departments, political institutions or corporations they work for and the world.
