This project was developed and completed in 2011 to enable and empower people in all spheres of life to put their talents to make UN Convention against corruption work to reduce corruption levels and increase accountability of relevant institutions entrusted with compliance with international treaties. It was endorsed and supported by academia and professionals from all over the world for making it possible to people to develop their own projects within the framework of the United Nations Convention against Corruption. This project became associated with CEN when the WWCIA founder and other members of the CEN community work together in 2021 to bring it to the forefront of today’s ethical challenges.
WWCIA is a project originally co-founded by CEN Mentor Anatoly Yakorev back in 2011 in Brussels, Belgium. The concept is to empower business leaders to tackle corruption through their projects rather than to be left at the mercy of anti-corruption organizations and market regulators who themselves decide what is right and what is wrong. |
The basic concept is not to fight abstract corruption defined by someone, but to fight existing corrupt mindsets that permeate everything, including the anti-corruption industry as well.
The scope of the project is to support anti-corruption projects, ethics training undertaken by companies to allow them to gain better visibility and traction based on concepts supported by WWCIA. Also help these projects get recognized by other market players and supported through existing networks.
