CONSCIOUS LEADERS PROGRAMME
The Heartful Leader Programme… …is for those who know that more is needed from them now and want to explore what that means.
You are already an effective and experienced leader. You feel ready to make a bigger contribution to the world, in your organisation and wider. In this seemingly broken but beautiful world you want to step forward and play your part in creating change and transformation.
You’ll be working with like-minded and like-hearted leaders who have a passion for shaping a better future and are seeking the tools and approaches to make a significant difference in how they lead and its impact in the world.
This practical 9-month programme starting in October 2023 invites you to discover more of what's in your heart and soul and how to create the bigger impacts needed. With two online sessions per month in a small group of 12 people you will explore fundamental principles underpinning consciousness, life and a new approach to Leadership. You will open yourself to a new level of relationship with your true self, with Leadership and with the world. An optional in-person retreat will be offered at the end of the programme.
