Dominique has over 30 years’ experience in managing major engineering information and IT projects, and departments both for the private and the public sectors. He is passionate about using technology to free workers from repetitive tasks and make them become decision makers. His IT Technology visions led him to architect, implement and manage advance solutions both in the private and public sectors.

​Dominique was a member of the Winning team at the Climate Emergency Hackathon in London (January/February 2020), organised by Valtech and Ofgem.

He stands as the mastermind of the CEN concept, both in philosophy and technology. As a practical philosopher for the 21st century, he has written articles of the impact of AI and other technologies upon humanity as well as conscious leadership and spiritual evolution.

Dominique met predominant 20th century philosophers that had a great impact on the evolution of consciousness and mankind: Jiddu Krishnamurti, Buckminster Fuller and Danah Zohar.
