Penka Padeva-Roche

Penka Padeva-Roche is a passionate changemaker and seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in audit, finance, project management, and intercultural mediation.

She has over 15 years of experience in audit and finance managing significant projects and teams, followed by more than 6 years of intercultural mediation for the Ministry of National Education in Luxembourg. Penka is passionate about using finance as a tool to support businesses' transformation and enlighten long-term decision-making.

​Her vision is for businesses driven from within, bringing about positive outer change.

Prompted by an inner calling in 2009, Penka embarked on an extraordinary journey of self-discovery. This spiritual odyssey led her to explore diverse yoga traditions, esoteric philosophies, and neuroscience. She has embraced Hindu, Buddhist philosophies, and connected with global visionaries and peace organisations such as the Belge Nonviolent Communication.
